David Pyle is a seasoned healthcare executive with a proven track record of growing and scaling companies. He has extensive experience with joint ventures, leading health systems in community hospitals, surgery centers, and physician practices. Most recently, David served as Chief Operating Officer at Solis Mammography, where he helped double the size of the company in his tenure. Today, David leads Gastro Care Partners as Chief Executive Officer.

Dr. Krishnan is an accomplished gastroenterologist specializing in interventional endoscopy, inflammatory bowel diseases, and hepatopancreaticobiliary diseases. A Clinical Professor at three institutions, he teaches students and residents.

Dr. Krishnan has a proven track record of leading highly effective teams and scaling organizations. His clinical and business acumen resulted in exceptional patient outcomes and tremendous practice growth, increasing Peak Gastroenterology Associates's (Peak) roster from 4 providers to 43 in 6.5 years. He serves as Chief Medical Officer and Board Member of Gastro Care Partners and Peak. Additionally, he sits on various state and federal boards and advocates for physicians and patients on Capitol Hill to Representatives and Senators.

Jeanne Desautels is a dynamic leader in healthcare management known for driving operational excellence and strategic growth. Her breadth of experience in operations, managed care, revenue cycle and dedication to compliance and clinical excellence allows her to collaborate with her teams to drive success. Jeanne recently was the Regional Vice President at Covenant Physician Partners overseeing gastroenterology ASCs and practices in 5 different states. Prior to that, she was a Vice President of Operations and Managed Care for United Surgical Partners. Today, Jeanne leads Gastro Care Partners as VP of Operations - Colorado.

Bhaktasharan “Buck” Patel, M.D., is the Founder and President of Peak Gastroenterology Associates (Peak) and Chief Research Officer at Gastro Care Partners. Dr Patel has grown Peak into the largest and fastest growing practice in Colorado. He is a Clinical Professor at three institutions, teaching students and residents.

A dynamic leader, Dr. Patel sits on Peer Review Committees, multiple Advisory Boards, a Medical Executive Committee, and various other Boards. He has also served as the Chief of Gastroenterology at UCHealth Memorial.

As Chief Research Officer, he heads medical innovations through clinical trials, giving patients access to tomorrow’s treatments today. His focus is on inflammatory bowel diseases, liver diseases, and interventional endoscopy.

Michael Finch is a dynamic business leader with more than 30 years of experience in business operations, capital raise, mergers and acquisitions, organizational structure, and financial leadership. Notably, Michael founded Vision Care Professional Services, an MSO to Vision Care Specialists, which at the time was the largest privately held Optometry and Ophthalmology practice in Central US that later sold to MyEyeDr. Michael also founded Black Watch Capital, acting as advisor for transactions and financial services to more than 200 individual businesses, primarily in health care. Michael is an Advisory Board member of Leadership Program of the Rockies and Former President of JDRF Rocky Mountain, funding research to find treatments and a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. Michael attained his MBA and MS in Accounting and is a CPA in the State of Colorado. Today, Michael leads Gastro Care Partners as Chief Financial Officer.

Erin Lemmons is a strategic, innovative HR professional who combines two decades of experience to connect business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, and employee engagement. Erin leverages a fundamental understanding of HR principles combined with an empowering leadership mentality to support business partners and drive organizational growth. Today, Erin oversees all people-related initiatives at GCP as Vice President of Human Resources.

Marta Danylyk is a strategic brand, culture, and communications leader focused on building high-growth, M&A-driven emerging brands. Marta has experience in the private and public sector in healthcare, hospitality, retail, and home services. Previously, Marta has served as Head of Marketing for TruDerm dermatology group and oversaw Communications at Jamba Juice and Zoes Kitchen, where she successfully supported Jamba’s 900+ unit franchised organization and 50+ Zoes restaurant openings. Today, Marta supports GCP with strategic brand, culture, and growth initiatives as Fractional Chief Marketing Officer.

Dan Cady is an accomplished senior leader with broad HR experience across healthcare, engineering, defense, and military. Dan’s strategic prowess in organization building, talent acquisition, process improvement, and team building has made him best fit for high-growth organizations. Dan brings three decades of experience to his role as Senior Director of Talent and Recruiting at GCP.

Sheila Hankins brings more than 25 years of experience in revenue cycle management with a track record of improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability through system automation and process improvements. Sheila is accomplished in accounting procedures including budgets, expenses, reconciliation, and cost analysis, enabling rapid progress and support for GCP partners. Most recently, Sheila served as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management for Platinum Dermatology Partners, bringing them to over $400M a year in revenue. Today, Sheila supports GCP as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle.
