Trish Rasmus is the Chief Executive Officer of Gastro Care Partners, bringing more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience. She began her career as a Radiation Therapist in the U.K. and Australia, providing direct patient care before moving into operational and executive leadership roles. This foundation shaped her patient-centered approach to leadership, ensuring that clinical quality and patient experience remain at the core of organizational growth.

Trish spent over 20 years with GenesisCare, serving in roles from Practice Operations Manager to Chief Operating Officer for the U.S. business. In these positions, she led large-scale clinical operations across oncology, urology, pharmacy, and diagnostic imaging, driving improvements in service quality, physician alignment, and access to care across hundreds of locations.

At GCP, Trish is focused on advancing clinical excellence, supporting physicians, and leading the organization’s continued growth as a trusted partner in gastroenterology care.

Scott Sheehan is a seasoned finance executive with more than 15 years of global experience across healthcare, FMCG, and professional services. He has held senior finance leadership roles at GenesisCare, a leading international provider of radiation oncology services, and at Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company. Scott began his career as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, where he developed a strong foundation in financial management and strategic advisory.

Throughout his career, Scott has built and led high-performing teams, enhanced operational efficiency, and guided organizations through complex integrations, divestitures, and large-scale transformation initiatives. At Gastro Care Partners, he oversees all financial strategy and operations, ensuring the company is positioned for sustainable growth and long-term success.

Victoria Ellison serves as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Gastro Care Partners where she leads enterprise-wide strategies to optimize financial performance, enhance patient experience, and ensure regulatory compliance across all revenue operations. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare finance and operations, she brings a deep understanding of revenue integrity, payer relations, and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Gastro Care Partners in July 2025, Victoria held senior leadership roles at WellStreet Urgent Care and Cancer Treatment Centers of America where she oversaw multi-site RCM integrations during mergers and guided cross-functional teams through complex EMR conversions. Known for her collaborative leadership style, she has built and mentored high-performing teams of over 250 professionals and is recognized for aligning financial goals with quality patient outcomes. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Bhaktasharan “Buck” Patel, M.D., is the Founder and President of Peak Gastroenterology Associates (Peak) and Chief Research Officer at Gastro Care Partners. Dr Patel has grown Peak into the largest and fastest growing practice in Colorado. He is a Clinical Professor at three institutions, teaching students and residents.

A dynamic leader, Dr. Patel sits on Peer Review Committees, multiple Advisory Boards, a Medical Executive Committee, and various other Boards. He has also served as the Chief of Gastroenterology at UCHealth Memorial.

As Chief Research Officer, he heads medical innovations through clinical trials, giving patients access to tomorrow’s treatments today. His focus is on inflammatory bowel diseases, liver diseases, and interventional endoscopy.

Kari Dodge serves as Director of Human Resources at Gastro Care Partners, where she leads talent management, employee relations, and organizational development across the organization. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, she brings a deep understanding of workplace culture, leadership coaching, and compliance in complex, fast-growing environments. Throughout her career, Kari has partnered with leaders across industries to build inclusive cultures, streamline HR processes, and guide teams and executives through complex workplace challenges. Known for balancing strategic vision with practical execution, she has led initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, support organizational growth, and mentor the next generation of HR professionals. At Gastro Care Partners, Kari is focused on building policies and programs that support employees in reaching their full potential, grounded in the belief that when people succeed, organizations succeed.
