Dr. Krishnan has a proven track record of leading highly effective teams and scaling organizations. His clinical and business acumen resulted in exceptional patient outcomes and tremendous practice growth, increasing Peak Gastroenterology Associates's (Peak) roster from 4 providers to 43 in 6.5 years. He serves as Chief Medical Officer and Board Member of Gastro Care Partners and Peak. Additionally, he sits on various state and federal boards and advocates for physicians and patients on Capitol Hill to Representatives and Senators.

Dr. Neil Sharma is a board-certified gastroenterologist at Peak Gastroenterology Associates and oversees the Interventional Oncology and Surgical Endoscopy (IOSE) program at GCP.

A multi-disciplinary gastroenterologist, Dr. Sharma completed fellowships in hepatology and endoscopic oncology. To help diagnose and treat digestive system issues, he learned advanced techniques like ERCP, endoscopic resection (EMR/ESD) and endoscopic ultrasound, in addition to researching esophageal and pancreatic cancers.

Bhaktasharan “Buck” Patel, M.D., is the Founder and President of Peak Gastroenterology Associates (Peak) and Chief Research Officer at Gastro Care Partners. Dr Patel has grown Peak into the largest and fastest growing practice in Colorado. He is a Clinical Professor at three institutions, teaching students and residents.

A dynamic leader, Dr. Patel sits on Peer Review Committees, multiple Advisory Boards, a Medical Executive Committee, and various other Boards. He has also served as the Chief of Gastroenterology at UCHealth Memorial.

As Chief Research Officer, he heads medical innovations through clinical trials, giving patients access to tomorrow’s treatments today. His focus is on inflammatory bowel diseases, liver diseases, and interventional endoscopy.

Michael Finch is a dynamic business leader with more than 30 years of experience in business operations, capital raise, mergers and acquisitions, organizational structure, and financial leadership. Notably, Michael founded Vision Care Professional Services, an MSO to Vision Care Specialists, which at the time was the largest privately held Optometry and Ophthalmology practice in Central US that later sold to MyEyeDr. Michael also founded Black Watch Capital, acting as advisor for transactions and financial services to more than 200 individual businesses, primarily in health care. Michael is an Advisory Board member of Leadership Program of the Rockies and Former President of JDRF Rocky Mountain, funding research to find treatments and a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. Michael attained his MBA and MS in Accounting and is a CPA in the State of Colorado. Today, Michael leads Gastro Care Partners as Chief Financial Officer.

Most recently, Sheila served as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management for Platinum Dermatology Partners, bringing them to over $400M a year in revenue. Today, Sheila supports GCP as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle.
